3-Ingredient Carnivore Bread

This is amazing bread for only three ingredients – and NO FLOUR!
It’s so good with some melting butter on it. Thanks to Jennifer F.S. from Carnivore Comfort Cuisine.

Some essential things to note: It DOES NOT taste like eggs whatsoever. It is amazingly good after having nothing with a texture like this for months!

Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 35 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup egg white powder
  • 1 cup cottage cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350-degrees farenheit.
  • Mix water & egg whites until soft peaks form. Obviously, an electric mixer works well.
  • Fold in cottage cheese.
  • Pour into a greased bread pan (I use glass) and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  • Let cool a bit, butter and enjoy!

Notes

This bread makes great French toast!
I just upgraded this bread with a Ketovore/Dirty Carnivore twist that makes it incredible.
After whipped to soft peaks, I add 3tbs melted butter, 1 tsp pure vanilla extract, and 1/4 cup powdered allulose.  These additions really make it pop.

    1. I made this bread but don’t recall if I mixed all at once or first did water and egg whites to stiff peaks and then added the cottage cheese. But that makes sense so I had the recipe updated to reflect that. Thank you!

This recipe did not work whatsoever and I wasted all those ingredients. Very upsetting. I think the whites need to peak before adding in the cottage cheese but that’s not what the recipe says.

    1. I made this bread and it was awesome and easy..I don’t recall if I added all ingredients at once or did the eggs and cottage cheese to stiff peaks and then fold in the cottage cheese..but that makes sense and won’t hurt so I had the recipe updated… try it again!

It’s so simple and creates an amazing base for creativity

For example I made French Toast one day with cinnamon and honey so good

I cooked the slices once again in drenched beaten eggs to make solid hamburger buns and sooo good
