Carnivore Cheese-Stuffed, Bacon Burgers
Ingredients
- 1 lb. Ground Chuck
- 8 slices Bacon
- 1/2 cup Cheese Your choice, these have mozzarella.
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350-degrees Fahrenheit.
- Create 8 hamburger patties about 1/4" or so in thickness.
- Place a few pinches of cheese on 4 of the patties.
- Place the remaining 4 patties over the cheese covered patties and pinch them together.
- Wrap each of the 4 burgers with two pieces of bacon.
- Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes or until burger is 160-degrees and bacon is cooked to your liking.
