Carnivore Quiche
Ingredients
- 16 oz Cottage Cheese
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese Swiss (whatever you'd like)
- 6 slices Bacon Or real bacon bits
- Salt (pepper, garlic salt, etc. if going dirty)
- 1 tbsp Sour Cream Optional
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350f
- Cook bacon until crispy and crumble up.
- Beat eggs and then mix with the cottage cheese and salt.
- Add the bacon bits/pieces.
- Pour into glass pie dish and back 350f for 40-50 minutes.
- Quiche may appear a bit liquidy, but it's done and the extra moisture will disapate a bit after letting it sit to cool a bit.
