Carnivore Quiche

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz Cottage Cheese
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese Swiss (whatever you'd like)
  • 6 slices Bacon Or real bacon bits
  • Salt (pepper, garlic salt, etc. if going dirty)
  • 1 tbsp Sour Cream Optional

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 350f
  • Cook bacon until crispy and crumble up.
  • Beat eggs and then mix with the cottage cheese and salt.
  • Add the bacon bits/pieces.
  • Pour into glass pie dish and back 350f for 40-50 minutes.
  • Quiche may appear a bit liquidy, but it's done and the extra moisture will disapate a bit after letting it sit to cool a bit.

Notes

Great topped with sour cream!
