Pizza Casserole
A quick, easy, and delicious casserole. This one is a bit of ‘dirty’ carnivore/keto as we used a bit of pizza sauce and seasoning, however, you may omit that for a more boring version.
Pizza Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 – 1/2 cup pizza sauce optional / dirty carnivore version
- 1 cup mozzerala cheese
- seasoning (salt/pepper/Italian) optional
- pepperoni
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375-degrees farengheit
- Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain fat.
- Add the pizza sauce to the ground beef and blend, mixing under heat still until well combined. You may also add seasoning at this time.
- Place beef mixture into bottom of pan pressing it down to form base layer.
- Add a covering of cheese followed by pepperoni, followed by more cheese.
- Add parmesan cheese
- Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until cheese melts and browns to the degree you like.
